Times change and so do fashion's so-called rules. My question is...........when you wear strappy high heels for fancy occasions in the Winter.....DO YOU WEAR NYLONS OR NOT? Often I prefer to wear tights, but sometimes I wear nothing, making sure my legs are looking great.....sometimes adding a bit of self tanner. What do you do?
